We are pleased to support Paride Pignotti, an extraordinary musician from the Marche region. Bebo Ferra says of him: “I found in him very rare gifts, a natural melodic sense and a very refined musical sense, qualities that you have and that you hardly can build or invent”. Paride began studying guitar as a child, initially approaching rock and pop music and then studying classical music.
At only 19 years old, he obtained a three-year degree in “Jazz Guitar” at the Conservatory of Fermo with full marks and honors.
In 2016 he was selected among the 5 finalists of the national competition “Chicco Bettinardi” and he obtained a master’s degree in Jazz Guitar at the “Santa Cecilia” conservatory of Rome with honors and honors studying with the masters Fabio Zeppetella, Danilo Rea and Paolo Damiani.
In 2017 he won the “Air Project”, artists in residence, promoted by the association MIDJ (Italian Musicians Di Jazz) together with the support of SIAE, thanks to which he will have the opportunity to live a month in an international capital to promote his music.
Despite his young age, he boasts numerous collaborations with some of the most important jazz musicians of the Italian scene such as Massimo Moriconi (bassist of Mina), Giuseppe Bassi, Ettore Fioravanti, Mario Corvini, Danila Satragno, Eugenio Colombo, Jacopo Ferrazza, Pietro Ciancaglini.
Paride uses our double preset overdrive, the GainOver, connected between its EKO Tero series and the DVMark Little jazz, for an instrumentation entirely made in Italy.
A big hug for Paride, welcome!
